Use armazenamento for storage, compatível com for compatible with, and bateria for battery. Explain what you plan to connect or store so the employee can identify a useful feature rather than guessing what you mean.

Some technical terms are used in English in Brazilian shops. You can point to a model or write the feature name if pronunciation is difficult.

Compare two models by asking what differs
Ask Qual é a diferença entre estes dois modelos? (What is the difference between these two models?). Follow up about one feature at a time: screen, memory, connection, or warranty coverage.
A comparison is easier when you name the models. Use este and aquele while pointing, then repeat the feature the employee explains.

A câmera muda ou só aumenta o espaço de armazenamento?
Does the camera change, or does only the storage increase?
Confirm what comes in the box
Acompanha means included with the product. Ask whether the charger, cable, case, or another accessory comes with it. Packaging and included items can differ between models, so check the specific box or product information.
Before paying, confirm the model number and any accessory you need. Ask about return or warranty conditions directly with the retailer.
