The short answer
Jornada de trabalho means work schedule or working hours, and horário flexível means flexible schedule. Ask whether the team follows fixed hours, shifts, or another arrangement. Actual hours and policies vary by employer and role.
Ask how the team's schedule is organized
If the position includes occasional evenings or travel, ask how often that happens and how far in advance the team usually plans it.

State your availability with useful details
Disponibilidade is availability, and posso começar em is I can start on. Give dates or time windows clearly. If you have a constraint, explain it early and ask whether it can work with the role's requirements.
For a fixed weekly commitment, name the day and time. Avoid saying Tenho flexibilidade if you mean only one specific schedule.

I'm available to start at the beginning of November.

Confirm the arrangement before accepting
Ask the interviewer to summarize expected hours, location, and any on-call or shift rotation. Use Só para confirmar (just to confirm) to repeat back the arrangement you understood.
Check the written offer or employer's official information for the final terms. A spoken conversation may leave details unresolved.
